Retirement
OSC contributes a generous percentage of our employees’ annual compensation to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employees are fully vested into the program after five years of company service. We also offer Traditional and ROTH 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans.
PTO
We encourage our employees to spend time away from the office to be with family and friends. OSC offers paid time off that increases as your tenure grows with the company. Our employees also have seven paid holidays a year.
Community Connection
OSC believes in giving back by paying it forward. Not only do we have a committee that focuses on giving back to the local community, but we also offer PTO for employees to volunteer through our Community Service Program.
